We support downloads for Windows, macOS, and Android platforms, enabling cross-platform online collaboration and usage. This facilitates easier collaboration, interaction, and daily communication among teams.

To invite others to collaborate on a file, click the"Share" button in the top-right corner. Please set the file permissions and then click "Copy link" to share the file for collaboration.

Currently, Pixso can be used on Windows and macOS desktops, as well as on web browsers of any device.

To import files, please save the respective files locally, then open Pixso. Drag and drop the corresponding file formats to the "Pixso" workspace, or click the import button on the workspace to add files. Then, the imported files can be viewed and edited on Pixso.

When you encounter this message, you can:

1. Refresh the page to see if the message disappears.
2. Ensure that your browser is up to date. If not, update your browser and try again.
3. Run Pixso in Chrome, as this is the officially recommended browser.

Pixso utilizes WebGL technology for graphics rendering. If you're using browsers like Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc., and haven't enabled (or activated) hardware acceleration, it may fall back to CPU software rendering, which could result in performance discrepancies in Pixso rendering.
To ensure the best user experience, we strongly recommend enabling hardware acceleration.

Please note that hardware acceleration can only be enabled if your computer has a dedicated graphics card or integrated graphics (either one is sufficient).

Google Chrome:

1. Type chrome://settings/system into the browser address bar and hit Enter.
2. Check if hardware acceleration is enabled.
3. If it's not enabled, you'll need to turn it on and then restart Chrome.

Microsoft Edge:

1. Go to browser settings.
2. Under the "System and Performance" section, find "Use hardware acceleration" (if available).
3. If it's not enabled, you'll need to turn it on and then restart Microsoft Edge.
