Adjustments to Pixso Subscription Plans

Dear Users,
To continuously optimize your purchasing experience and ensure a more hassle-free, stable way to use our product, we will be making a temporary adjustment to our pricing plans.

Starting June 1, 2026 (UTC+8), we will temporarily only offer [Annual Subscription] plans on our official website and desktop client. The entry point for the [Monthly Subscription] will be temporarily closed.

Please rest assured that your active orders will not be affected:

  • If you are currently a monthly subscriber, your service will not be affected and you can continue to use it normally until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • If you have previously enabled monthly auto-renewal, this adjustment will not affect your automatic payment cycle, and payments will continue to be processed on a monthly basis.
  • Renewal options will temporarily support annual subscriptions only. We will notify you in advance via in-app alerts and other channels.

Why are we making this adjustment?
Continuous product iterations, feature maintenance, and AI computing power require long-term, stable resource support. Compared to short-term subscriptions, annual plans help us allocate service capabilities more reliably, allowing us to deliver faster response times, prioritized customer support, and more competitive pricing (the equivalent monthly cost of an annual subscription is lower than the original monthly rate). This adjustment is a trial phase as we seek to explore a healthier, more sustainable service model, ensuring a more reassuring experience for every user.
