AppSumo Pixso Lifetime Plan FAQ

Thank you very much for your support. Please check whether the redemption process has been completed.

1. Assume that you have purchased an AppSumo tier 1. Please note that all AppSumo tiers are team plans and need to be in a team to complete the redemption. Please use the activation email filled in by appsumo to register and log in to Pixso. The system will create a team for you by default, and a window will pop up asking you to select the team that needs to be upgraded. Click the upgrade button to complete the redemption and upgrade to a professional team workspace.
   
   Additionally, to view your plan details, click the Team and you will find your member benefit description displayed in the Order/Plan Details section (Team Information > Plan Details).


2. If your team workspace has not been upgraded after following the above operations, please try to refresh your page or log out and log in again with the purchased email address. (Don't worry, modification of personal space information will not affect your current team workspace)
   
   Note: Please confirm that the email address you registered on Pixso is exactly the same as the email you submitted for activation (pop-up on AppSumo).


3. Please log in to your Pixso account using your activated email address and create a team to redeem your license tier. The following document contains a redemption video, redemption flow chart and precautions, please refer to it.
   
   

Since you've registered your account before purchasing, you may not see a notification as your account already exists. Don't worry, you just need to complete the activation process.

If you've bought an AppSumo tier, please note that all AppSumo tiers are team plans, so you'll need to create a team to complete the activation.

Please go to the Pixso workspace, click on "Create Team" at the left. Once you've created the team, upgrade it to a professional team workspace.

Note: Please ensure that the email address you registered with Pixso matches the one you submitted for activation (the popup on AppSumo).

Pixso provides default keyboard shortcuts for enhanced convenience in your operations. You can also customize shortcuts to meet your specific workflow needs.

To customize shortcuts: Open a design file, go to the menu at the top-left corner of the file, select User Preferences, then click on Set Shortcuts.

Mac users can utilize the Sketch shortcut adaptation feature, which caters to over 20 common actions such as creating artboards, components, and using the pen tool.

To adapt Sketch shortcuts: Go to the menu at the top-left corner of the file, select User Preferences, then click on Sketch Adaptation.

Currently, Pixso supports importing design files from Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD, Axure, and Pixso itself. It also supports importing images in JPG, PNG, and SVG formats.

Pixso currently supports exporting Sketch files, XD files, PIX files, and PDF files. It also supports exporting sliced images in formats such as JPG, PNG, and SVG.

We currently support displaying the UI interface in English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Russian languages. To switch, go to Workspace-Avatar in the upper right corner-User Center-Language Switch.

You can upgrade by paying the price difference. Just upgrade your plan directly on appsumo.
