Zone 2 - Document & Card

The document is a convenient tool for users to create content in Pixso Whiteboard. It can help you organize structured content with text on the canvas. The current version of the document is still at version 1.0, and we will enrich its functionality and ability to convert with other elements on the canvas, such as cards, in the future. This will assist you in editing rich content and visually presenting key information.

Create Documents

  1. Choose Document in the left toolbar.
  2. Click any place on the canvas or drag the document to the canvas.

Document Operations

You can also perform the following operations to a document:

  • Adjust page spacing
  • Adjust paragraph spacing
  • Adjust text alignment
  • Set board color, width and linetype
  • Set background
  • Set priority
  • Set to-do list
  • Set deadline
  • Set involved member
  • Set tag
  • Set layout
