Zone 2 -Text
Text is a crucial element for brainstorming and communicating ideas with others. You can use the text tool to create titles and subtitles, add text blocks, or quickly jot down ideas. Pixso Whiteboard provides various text features to let you freely express your ideas on the canvas, such as adding text hyperlinks to reference other Pixso Whiteboard files, guiding collaborators to other documents or linking to external websites.

Each text box has a blue border around it that controls the positioning and arrangement of it on the canvas. We recommend that you adjust the size of the text by adjusting the font size, but you can also use the zoom tool to adjust the size of the text. Here are the steps to do so:
- Exit edit mode by clicking the blank place, pressing the Space key and dragging your mouse, pressing Esc key or clicking the other shape on the canvas.
- Select the text box you want to edit.
- Move your mouse to the diagonal of the border, and then the cursor will become the stretch icon.
- Click and drag the box to change the font size.

Clicking the text button in the toolbar or pressing T allows you to add text to the canvas. Text objects can be used to add text above other objects or directly to the canvas.
